Five Day Lake Superior Color Tour - $595 per person 4 adults per Jeep

Explore the UP with Jeep Rubicons. We will be seeing lighthouses, beaver dams, Taquahmon Falls, and more scenic byways of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Sunday Night
Check in at the Sierra Sands at Silver Lake Michigan after 3pm.
Get a good nights sleep to be prepared for an early morning.

Monday Morning
Prepare to be at Sandy Korners at 6:30 am for your drivers meeting. The Adventure begins at 7:00 am with the first stop, 45 minutes away, for a full breakfast. Back on the road again with the goal being Mackinaw Bridge approximately one o'clock.

Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring trails from St. Ignace to Hulbert Lake on the way to your very own private lake lodge ( tenting with a shower is what your hostess Marge calls it).

This is where you are going to meet Marge, Lorna and Todd and spend the evening relaxing. Todd,our most gracious host serves up his homemade chili and bread at the lodge before we turn in for the evening.

Tuesday Morning 8:00 am
Todd's famous breakfast awaits you.
This should hold you, along with your snacks for the entire day of exploring two-tracks.

Tuesday
First stop Paradise to pickup snack.
Second stop movie and 1 1/2 at Whitefish Point Lighthouse Then on into the sand blows of Lake Superior, leading to Vermillion Point. The rest of the afternoon with be spent exploring trails on the way to the beaver dam. We will wind up the day with dinner just outside of Paradise. With luck, we'll be back at the lodge between 8 or 8:30 pm.

Wednesday Morning 9:00 am
After breakfast we will explore the trails up to the Taquahmanon Falls. After about an hour at the Falls we will trailride back to Paradise for snacks.

Wednesday
Back on the trails we will be heading for the Iroquois Lighthouse, just before the lighthouse we will conquer a 1000 ft overlook by way of back trails. When on top we will overlook Spectacle Lake and the St. Mary's River. After this breathtaking view, you will be in for another breathtaking view from the top of the Iroquois Lighthouse. By now I'm sure everyone will have worked up an appetite for the best whitefish in the state of Michigan at the Cozy Inn in Brimley.

Thursday Morning 9:00 am
Our last breakfast with Marge and Todd awaits us before venturing home to Silver Lake. Spend your last hours soaking in the splendor of the autumn foliage. Arrival time at Sandy Korners approximately 5pm
